We are looking for companies and families who would like to help support live music in Bellbrook by sponsoring this year's SummerFest bands.
The Bellbrook Lions Clubs 77th annual Summerfest will be held Friday & Saturday nights August 23 and 24, 2024 in downtown Bellbrook. We expect this year’s attendance to be record breaking with the addition of two very popular high energy bands. The Stranger Band will take the stage Friday night and The Britches Down Band Saturday night. These great bands draw huge crowds everywhere they play. Both have played at the Sugar Maple Festival with raving reviews.
We are looking for companies and families who would like to help support live music in Bellbrook by sponsoring the bands. We are offering two levels of sponsorship for businesses and one for families. Gold and Silver sponsors logos will be prominently displayed at the entrance to the music venue and on the large banner on the stage. Family sponsor names will be displayed on a patron banner prominently displayed near the stage. An example of the stage banner is shown below.

To become a sponsor, please download, print and fill out the sponsor application. Then, mail it to the address on the form or email Lion Jeff Stahl at stahlj2008@gmail.com before August 10, 2024. We will send a letter after the festival denoting your sponsorship (for tax purposes).
